Bio:
Victor calls Los Mula his home and enjoys the occasional gambling run. This stork is a skilled salesman and chummy with his colleagues.

Victor is married to Wendy Flect. He is the proud father of famed actor Gareth Flect. Victor and Wendy made the trip from Los Mula to Gray Lassie to attend the wedding of Gareth and Karen Andinus.

Behind-the-scenes:
Victor Flect was created because it was necessary to include Gareth Flect's parents in Cubes issue #5, where Gareth and Karen were married. Victor was given an exuberant personality to better distinguish him in his brief appearance in the comic.
